Starting from classic mould making our product range extended, continuously. We offer a wide range of expert know-how in all areas of mould-, jig- and tool-making to our customers. Assuring optimized products in varying company divisions and interesting and diversified projects for our staff.
We offer industrial engineering support, mould design and realization of the whole device. Various techniques are applied for tool manufacturing, e.g. conventional milling and turning, mould casting in resin, laminating, 5-axes-milling or CNC turning.
We are pleased to support and advise our customers in the materials choice
for the device. A diversity of different materials can be selected.
- For prototypes and sand-casting initial-batches we recommend
plastic plates and paste-like plastics in different qualities.
The portfolio ranges from light weighing inexpensive foams to material
plates and casting resins of lower strength. This project phase
makes demand of rapid and inexpensive initial-samples.
- Material plates of higher strength or epoxy resin surfaces filled with corundum as well as impact resisting polyurethane surfaces are used for mid-range and small series production. These materials are primary used for sand casting. These tools can be moulded up to a few thousand times at the foundry. The materials aluminium or steel are employed for larger lots, complex geometries or for tempered forms.
